This item is made by 3D Printing. We use ASA filament, which is UV and water resistant. 

These plates are sanded, we DA sand them with 220, spray them with a primer, then give them a quick shot of our epic flat black. They are ready for your final sand and painting, right out of the box.

The LED backlit picture is just an example, LED's are not included unless you choose them as an add-on option. The LED colors available may not be street legal in your area, check with all local law enforcement before using any of these colors on the street.
The LED option will come with 2 - 12" LED strips in the color of your choice, and a simple black and red wire to hook them up to your vehicles existing wiring. They can be run to a switch (not included) or tapped into your vehicles parking lights. Due to various mounting options the strips will not be mounted on the plate, just included so they can be mounted however you choose.

Just as an update, this plate does not need to be painted before installation, once you receive it, you can install it, these are printed using ASA filament which is moisture and UV resistant. Of course we know you’ll want to paint match it, so we will have you covered on that end too, as we will be offering exact factory color coded paint matching. (If you want an exact match to your specific vehicles aged paint, you may want to have this done at a shop that can color match the fade in your paint). But we will have an option listed to enter your paint code, and while this does add additional handling time, we will be able to paint and clear these plates, so they arrive fully install ready.

All of our plates come with trim clips to make them ready to mount as well.

 

The plate is approximately 3-4mm thick, which is the same thickness as the factory plate. 

We have used our filler plate off of our personal S10 Xtreme, and created this plate to factory specifications. The mounting points are exact, and the plate lines up perfectly as you can see in the photos. The curves, and shapes are exact to spec.

This plate is printed and then sanded with 220 grit, and then primed (either gray or black primer).

We have other filler plate options available including Xtreme S10 and Blazer, and also plates with the Xtreme cutout for airflow to the radiator, or for backlighting.
