After careful consideration we have decided to lower our pricing on the S10 and Blazer filler plates. We have also cut shipping cost, to cover some not all of the shipping costs that will be incurred.

To fully understand the process of what goes into making these, after the 3d model was created and tested for proper fitment and sizing, then we can go into production mode. This takes our industrial size 3D printer in order to be able to print these in 1 piece. After they are printed, we sand them with 220 grit, and finish by hand, then prime them and cure them again. This way you get a plate that does not need any finishing. You just need to sand and final prime/paint for your needs. If I could charge less for these and stay in business I would. These plates are better than factory quality, then are not molded from another used plate, each and every one will come out exactly the same, exactly as pictured.

Production time is 3-14 business days depending on order volume, these are made to order. These are high quality, not sub par reproductions. 

The plate is approximately 3-4mm thick, which is the same thickness as the factory plate.

We have used our filler plate off of our personal S10 Xtreme, and created this plate to factory specifications. The mounting points are exact, and the plate lines up perfectly as you can see in the photos. The curves, and shapes are exact to spec.

This plate is printed and then we sand the plate with 220 grit, and prime it with a filler primer (color will be gray or black). 

We have other filler plate options available including Xtreme S10 and also plates with the Xtreme cutout for airflow to the radiator, or for backlighting.

This item is made by resin 3D Printing. We use our custom blend of 3D Print Resin that is tough like ABS, to give the plate a strength similar to factory. The plate is approximately 3-4mm thick, which is the same thickness as the factory plate.
